We apologize for any misunderstanding or miscommunication, Jpc, regarding your subscription. HRT works best if taken consistently over time, so we do not offer "one time" only purchases as a standard practice during the onboarding process. Our Winona doctors typically allot you refills until it is time to complete your 10 week follow up to gauge your progress. It can sometimes take around 3 months to see the results that you are looking for. Unfortunately, you did not list any contact information and we cannot locate an account for you. As these are customized medications, we cannot offer refunds or accept returns of medications once they have shipped from the pharmacy. We do notify you prior to shipment that a refill is processing and we allow you a grace period to cancel. If we do not hear from you, it is assumed that you want the medications and we ship it per our process. We would love to be able to assist you further and provide support!
