Winona is not a one size fits all…
Winona is not a one size fits all program. I've tried other supplements and programs that offer one item to help with all of my menopause symptoms. This doesn't work as we are all different. Talking with a doctor who asked specific questions about my health history and the symptoms that interfere with everyday life was what made me try Winona. AND it works! I'm only in the first 10 weeks and I've had significant success with almost all of my symptoms. Thank you Winona for taking the time to listen to my individual needs and helping me feel like me again.

The best thing I've done for myself!!
The process of on boarding was easy enough for anyone who has ever tried to use a computer. The questions were about my symptoms and all I had to do was check what I was going through and what solutions I was looking for. The medications came in as soon as I ordered them. I have been on it for 2 weeks and I can already feel the difference. It is night and day. I'm yet to recover from hot flashes but overall they have gone from 10 in one hour to maybe 10 in a day. My brain fog is gone and I'm beginning to enjoy life!! All from an online session that took less than 15 minutes!! Amazing!!

Winona, I’m SO glad I tried it! I’m me again!
I have been using Winona since the 25th of November 2024. I currently use the 50 /50 Estrogen and progesterone. I absolutely feel better than I have in a couple years. By the first few days there were no sweats, the tiredness faded and. I slept better. I’m also taking the 25 mg DHEA and the estriol/tretinoin gel. I really like the way it makes my skin feel so smooth and I think it’s helping . I plan on continuing so tbc! It did change my lifestyle, I feel good! If you think you’re suffering symptoms in my opinion, it’s so worth it to try. The other reviews are right! It’s a game changer. I’m me again! I’m raising 3 kids & at 52, I can’t nap and drag my body around . Truly thanks Winona, you’re the best!

Where's the doctor
Where's the doctor? I'm very frustrated as I don't feel this treatment plan is working. I've contacted the doctor, and it takes days to receive a response. There are no offers to alter the treatment plan.

We apologize for any delayed communication and frustration regarding your treatment plan, as our doctors strive to respond within 24-48 hours to their patients. It can sometimes take around 3 months for the body to adjust to the influx of hormones, so we ask you to complete a Follow Up around the 10 week mark of treatment. Changing the dose of your medications too soon will not give an accurate picture of any progress. A member of our Patient Care Team has emailed your for further support!

Best decision to start!

Pleasant interactions & customer svc
Customer service, orders and doctor interaction are very satisfying. The speediness of replies and step by step tracking of orders is very useful. I have seen some slight improvement in my symptoms and adjusted Rx to improve. Hopeful it will continue to improve.
