The doctors are very pleasant and…
The doctors are very pleasant and helpful. The products work well. I've been very happy to have relief from tough hot flashes and strange anger modes I didn't recognize myself. I feel so much more like my best "me". It's nice... Such a relief.

the summer of 2025
I first contacted Winona in the summer of 2025. I purchased a 90 day supply of HRT cream. After 3 months it did nothing and when I reached out on my portal I got what seemed like AI responses. So I decided to go somewhere else for my care. Fast forward 13 months. I have not heard from them, had no communication with them, no follow ups, nothing. So imagine my surprise when I got an email telling me they shipped my HRT and charged my card $245. Apparently they think a 90 day supply lasts 13 months. Their AI doc posted in the portal that it was nice chatting with me and he would check in next year. What the actual hell? I haven't been on that portal for over a year, I told my female AI doc last year that I did not wish to continue, and never ever spoke with this years male "AI" doc before he charged me. When I sent a message about my grievance a bot responded and told me that I had my follow up and that I was given 24 hours to make changes and it's too late for a refund. We will see!!! DO NOT USE WINONA. Go to MIDI HEALTH. They are much better, real docs and nurses who problem solve with you, in person visits, prescription meds, and it's cheaper. I will be taking action on this issue. This is the poorest "health care" if you can even call it that. BEWARE!!!!
