It is perfect AND saved the wellbeing…
It is perfect AND saved the wellbeing of me, which in turn helps my entire household. My GYN, initially told me to take as much flaxseed oil as possible and that they wait until FULL MENOPAUSE for hormone therapy. I was losing my mind and am a new widow with A THREE YEAR OLD with ZERO PHYSICAL support! You guys are a life saver. Super fast shipping and your website has amazing opportunities (ie chats, 24/7 medical help with ANYTHING, workshops that offer relief with a wide variety of options and ON AND ON. I felt heard and the empathy was thru the roof, especially BEFORE I received medication which really emotionally helped me in a time of emotional chaos and feeling hopeless. THANKYOU! You guys are a life saver and I have not even mentioned the VERY WALLET FRIENDLY relief/therapy. You cannot compare ANY other business to Winona and even question which is for you.

I did not know
I did not know a lot . I always thought "menopause" meant no more kids etc it comes with a lot of symptoms. I never did any research before and I can't say that I've heard people talking about it. So I had a whole different yet very simple idea of what it's about. My opinion: MORE WOMEN SHOULD LET THEIR GIRL CHILDREN KNOW ABOUT THIS. I absolutely DO NOT LIKE THIS!!! BIT IM DEALING WITH IT. THANKS TO WINONA. NO MORE HEART RACING. SWEAT LESS. IT'S DEFINITELY BETTER WITH THAN WITHOUT, AT LEAST FOR ME AT THIS TIME.

Finally my symptoms were taken seriously …
I kept telling my primary that I felt like I was in menopause or that something was off. I felt I wasn’t really being heard which is unlike them. To have my symptoms taken seriously was such a relief. Don’t wait for someone to tell you how you feel. Find the right people to listen to and that is what Winona is all about.
