I was skeptical before starting because I had tried other menopause relief options and nothing was helping. I started to become more depressed and then I saw an ad saying Winona is different than other fad options that are being pushed on us on every platform. They answered all of my questions and concerns and I am so happy that I decided to make the appointment because I am doing so much better. My doctor made me feel so comfortable and I felt like for the first time I was actually being listened to and treated like it was important to help me through this part of life. I have been so unhappy dealing with the hot flashes that at times are so unbearable and sweat would pour down my face. But not just hot flashes, I had incredibly dry skin, my hair started to become brittle and break, mood swings, menopause rage, and no libido at all. I would actually get nauseous thinking about trying to even be intimate with my husband. Finally the last symptom... Extreme vaginal dryness, I tried everything out there to help and seriously, nothing did. From pricey brand name personal lubricant to organic coconut oil and nothing even came close to giving any relief. That was until I started my program with Winona and about 3 weeks into my meds I noticed not just one symptom but all of my symptoms were actually better including the vaginal dryness.
