I want my money back
I paid $250 for a year of the meds. I got a message asking if I was happy with the product, I replied yes, then they automatically without asking me, charged my card for a whole year. Then I got a lump that was found on a mammogram so I had to stop taking it. I would really like my remainder amount left over money that paid for a year of meds I'm not getting now. Not to mention I never gave her permission to charge my card!

Thank you for your feedback. We take all concerns regarding billing and patient care very seriously. Since HRT works most effectively when taken consistently, refills are automatically shipped at the appropriate interval—either monthly or every three months, depending on the selected treatment plan. Please note that we do not charge for a full year of medication upfront or in advance. We apologize for any frustration, but because our products are customized prescription medications, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds once the medication has been dispensed and shipped. This policy is in line with standard pharmacy procedures. We are committed to transparency and would be happy to review your shipment history and billing with you directly. You may message our patient care team at [email protected] so we can address any additional questions or concerns for you. We're happy to assist. :)
