Listen to your body, not numbers.
Regular doctors aren't helping much with hormones. I had numerous symptoms but numbers on a piece of paper looked normal. Dr Seale with Winona knew exactly the right solution. The first week symptoms were gone. But slowly crept back, he assured me to keep using the hrt cream, it'll kick in. Month 3 it worked!! Ive got energy, I'm sleeping, no itchy scalp or ears, and I'm finally balancing out. He checks in and is responsive when you have questions or concerns, same day!! Im confident in Winona and the hrt treatment journey I'm on!! So glad I gave this a try, and even more so that I didnt give up after the first month. Listen to your body ladies!!
