We want to remind you that it can take time to achieve full and lasting relief with HRT, as every person's body reacts differently. HRT works best when taken consistently over time, so it may take 10 to 12 weeks to start to see significant changes. Within three months, about 80% of women feel complete relief from their symptoms. After 10 weeks, your Winona physician will check in and see how you're doing. At that time, if you're not experiencing the benefits you desire, they may adjust the medication dose or method of treatment. To support patients through this process, we offer free, continuous support with one of our Winona doctors who can work with you to find the dosage that works best for you!
