Sick and tired of being so tired all the time
I am currently on estrogen and progestrone cream along with DHEA. I cannot tell a huge difference to be honest. I still have a lot of symptoms that affect my daily life. Considering moving to the patches to see if they are more effective.

We appreciate you sharing your experience and feedback with us, Keri. We are sorry that you have not progressed as fast in your treatment plan as you had hoped. It is certainly understandable to feel defeated and discouraged when you start something new and expect positive changes, only to not see any changes at all. Each woman is different and will respond to HRT in a different way and in different amounts of time. There are some lucky women who notice changes right away, while others may still struggle 6 months or year after starting treatment. The menopause transition is unpredictable and symptoms can change from month to month, which is not helpful either! We do see that you have been communicating with your Winona doctor regarding dose changes, and that you are doing all that you can to feel better! Some women also respond better to other forms of treatment, such as the estrogen patches that you mentioned. You currently have a refill processing of your current medication. A member of our Patient Care Team has emailed you for further support and direction! We encourage you to hang in there, as we are committed to helping you find the right treatment plan!
