This is my first time awaiting a refill no knowing that my symptoms would return in just a couple of days. If the protocol is to take every 3-4 days, this means the days between refills could vary 3-4 days, or in my case, a full week! I wrote to see if I could get the medication sooner and was faced with multiple bot-like responses with zero help. Now, I am feeling terrible and have to leave for an international trip with no medication. I'll be discontinuing my membership with this impersonal company. Would it have killed you to overnight my HRT?!

We assure you that we are not AI bots, and understand how concerning it is to have symptoms return, especially when preparing for international travel. You were notified ahead of time when the refill of your medication would process, and it processed on time. You did communicate with several people in our Patient Care Department over the course of several days while we tried to resolve your complaint regarding processing vs shipping times. We did not receive a reply regarding the suggested expedited shipping until a day after we messaged you. At that time, it was too late to expedite your order due to shipping deadlines. Your account was refunded at your request, and your account was canceled. We are deeply sorry you did not have a good experience with us, as that is not our intent. You will not receive anymore medication or incur further charges. We wish you the best!
