I wouldn't recommend them to anyone—horrible experience.
I don't know what kind of experience others have had with this so-called company, but for me, it has been a waste of money and a detriment to my health and well-being. I was with them for about a year, and they charged my card $230 every three months. They never asked for follow-up tests, even though I contacted them several times to share my concerns that something wasn't right; I told them I wasn't seeing progress, but they always dismissed it. They never sent me for blood work to verify if my estradiol levels were in the optimal range. I had previously been treated by another doctor and everything was fine, but when I moved states, I made the fatal mistake of turning to this so-called clinic. I started experiencing muscle pain, a lack of libido, and hot flashes; I told them about it, but nothing changed. A few days ago, my current doctor ordered some lab tests, and I could clearly see the problem. Before using their service, my estradiol levels were at 61; after the Winona treatment, my doctor's tests showed levels below 30—lower than those of a woman in full menopause. Yet, they charge nearly $300 for a cream treatment sent via regular mail—which often takes nearly a week and a half to arrive—in packaging that doesn't insulate against heat, meaning the medication likely degrades. I questioned them about the tests and demanded to know why they never ordered follow-up labs; as soon as they saw the levels, they automatically cancelled my account. I would not recommend them at all; if you want good hormone levels and optimal health, this so-called clinic is not for you. This is exactly what I mean: this clinic isn't interested in bringing your hormone levels to a satisfactory point so you can enjoy a better quality of life. They’ll just prescribe hormone replacement blindly; judging by the comments left below, they don't care if your levels are rock-bottom or sky-high. BE CAREFUL—the hormonal system is a serious matter, not something to be trifled with. They’ll never order lab tests because they know you’d realize their so-called "little cream" is useless—it doesn't work; it's a scam.

We strive to provide service worthy of 5 stars to all our patients, Luz, and we are dismayed to read about your recent experience and dissatisfaction Winona. We appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback, as it allows us to address your concerns directly. We would like to clarify a few points regarding your treatment plan: Hormone Testing: Regarding your request for lab work, The Menopause Society and the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists do not recommend routine testing for hormone levels. This is because hormone levels fluctuate frequently during perimenopause, making them an unreliable measure for adjusting treatment. Treatment is based on symptoms. Additionally, it is expected that your natural hormone levels will drop as you progress through menopause. It is common, and expected, to need adjustments in your medication based on your symptoms as you reach menopause. Medication Efficacy: We want to reassure you that the efficacy of our compounded medications is not compromised by ambient heat during transit. This has been tested, and the integrity of the medication remains stable and effective for use. Account Status: We would also like to clarify that your account was closed at your own request. We are sorry to see you go and that you felt your concerns were not addressed during your time with us. Our goal is always to help patients find the relief they are seeking through personalized care. If there is anything further you would like to discuss or if you have additional questions regarding the information above, please do not hesitate to reach out to us at [email protected]
