BYOU Wellbeing is a marketplace where people can discover and book independent professionals for coaching, mental wellbeing, nutrition, movement, holistic wellbeing and beauty.Our goal is to make it easier to compare different forms of personal support in one place. Professionals create their own profiles and publish information about their experience, approach, services, prices, appointment format and availability. Depending on the professional and service, appointments can take place online, at the professional’s location or at a location agreed with the client.BYOU reviews a professional’s identity and submitted profile information before approving a public profile. When BYOU has reviewed a specific professional qualification, this can be shown separately on the profile. Qualifications, licensing requirements and professional regulations differ between services, professions and countries. We therefore encourage clients to read each profile carefully and check whether a professional’s background and scope are appropriate for their individual needs.Clients can explore the marketplace without a subscription. Professionals determine their own services and prices, and clients book and pay per session through BYOU. The applicable price and booking information are shown before payment.Reviews marked Verified booking are connected to a completed booking made through BYOU. We welcome honest feedback about both the platform experience and the professionals clients choose.BYOU Wellbeing was founded by Dutch entrepreneur Danique Motzheim. Goede hulp, zonder ervoor de deur uit te moeten
Door een burn- out kwam ik thuis te zitten en had behoefte aan de juiste ondersteuning. Via BYOU heb ik vanuit thuis zowel life coach als een personal trainer kunnen vinden en boeken. De combinatie van mentale begeleiding heeft mij enorm geholpen om stap voor stap uit mij burn-out te komen en me weer sterker te voelen. Het was vooral fijn dat ik via een platform de juiste ondersteuning kon vinden die bij mij paste,zonder dat ik daarvoor de deur uit hoefde. BYOU is voor mij echt een lifesaver geweest❤️

awesome professional and honest advice
awesome app in which you get easy access to the best experts 24/7 in the world of health and beauty. advice is honest and to the point. probably the best app in this field at the moment. beside my fantastic experience as a user I would love to offer our selectively distributed labareau assortment as part of the 360 experience and help other users with their skincare needs

Arnaque complète B&YOU forfait 10€
Arnaque complète ! Je souscris à un forfait mobile à 10€ et 3 jours après je reçois une facture de 23€... C'était un forfait 100mo et pas 100go. A peine la carte sim insérée dans le téléphone que je recevais des SMS forfait dépassé. J´éteins, j´appelle le service client avec un autre téléphone et on me propose le forfait 13€ mais 3 jours plus tard, depassement constaté 3.69€ et on "m´offre" une enveloppe de 50Go. SAUF que cette enveloppe ne se mets pas en route et 3 jours plus tard je constaté une facture de 23€. C'est vraiment de l´arnaque chez B&YOU !

Don’t sign up with BYOU and get deceived
I signed up in January unfortunately hopeful to get started and I was blind and didn’t research properly. I signed up with them and got a bit of help in the beginning and then the big pause. No services. And I was still hopeful they would start up again. I kept sending back and forth emails and still they talk of the pause and patience. I liked them but was deceived. Pause has started end of March and now 7 months have passed and nothing unless I knock on the door and email. I just get words no action. To top it off, you cannot dispute the payment after three months. So the pause started at almost three months after I began. So when I finally decided this is too much time wasted and I need to dispute the payment, visa no longer accepts disputes after three months. I wasted the money for nothing. Felt like I was tricked. Very disappointed. Don’t sign up on BYOU app.
