The product is just like the photos, the delivery was also relatively quick. The only thing is that the bag came with a strong odor so i had to let it dry for a couple of days before wearing it, other than that it's great

The bag is good, but if you guys increase the bag size by 2 inches, it will help prevent scratching a 13-inch laptop. I put my fingertip underneath while zipping up. Other than that, I love the bag.

This was my first purchase from an advert seen on X social media: From discovering the product to trying it, all steps were satisfying in my experience of buying my Margot Bag. Delivery was on time (I had never heard of this delivery player so I was curious). When opening the bag, a strange smell of new fabric spread on the air but it vanished quickly, and the “faux” leather is really nice to look ant and touch, while and lighter than real leather. So far, perfect 👌 and my 3 daughters will probably use the bag if I leave it alone :-) Thank you, Bynyla team.

Tasken var for lille og kunne ikke engang holde til en 13 tommers MacBook, selvom de reklamerede for at den fint burde kunne være der. Derudover betalte jeg også ekstra for hurtig levering, da jeg skulle starte skole, og den tog stadig over 3 uger om at komme. Heller ikke god kvalitet og lommerne var for små og slet ikke praktiske. Vil ikke anbefale

When I received my bags they had this horrid smell so I contacted customer service to start a return. All was well at the beginning but you have to pay for sending it back yourself, even though the policy says they will send you a return label within 24 hours. Even after sending a screenshot of the policy they still said they didn't do it. Not a good experience.
