BynylaReviews of bynyla.com

Fuyez!!

My relation with ByNyla is getting worse and worse. After agreement I paid for the return of the bags to China. ByNyla didn't respond to the customs questions and now they say the return-period has passed, so they will not be able to pay back the money, I paid OR send back the bags. One star is only because zero is not an option. Stay away from this company.

The bag I ordered is nice but I paid for express shipping and it took two weeks to arrive. Once it arrived I noticed they had actually sent me the incorrect bag charm. I ordered the Midnight one and they sent me the Cowboy. I brought this to their attention and have had to negotiate a resolution. They said I can return the Cowboy charm but would have to pay for the shipping - why should I have to pay this? They also said I could keep the Cowboy and they’d give me a 30% refund. Why is this their best offers???? I have received something I have not paid for and have not received the item I paid for. I asked them to just send me what I ordered or give me a full refund and they are point blank refusing. Absolutely awful customer service, horrendous customer experience for something that was not my fault whatsoever. They made the mistake so they should resolve it. End of. Update: they have now agreed to issue a full refund and said I don’t need to return the incorrect item. However this resolution involved 17 emails back and forth to them. They’ve also emailed me to ask me to take this review down.

I ordered a bag that I needed urgently, and I have now spent more than a week waiting without any meaningful updates about my order. I contacted ByNyla several times because I had no clear information about where my package was or when I could expect it. The responses were often very brief and generic, and on some occasions I was asked for information that had already been provided earlier in the same email conversation. Because I still had no clear information about my package, I eventually requested a full refund. Only then was I suddenly told that ByNyla had already contacted the carrier and confirmed that my package was in transit. This information had not been communicated to me while I was repeatedly contacting them because I had no idea what was happening with my order. I asked for specific information about the shipment and when I could expect it, but I was still not given any verifiable information that allowed me to confirm its status. After more than a week of waiting, I am still without reliable information about an order I have already paid for. The lack of communication, generic responses, and the fact that more specific information only appeared after I requested a refund have made this a very frustrating experience. I would expect much better communication and transparency from a company when there is an issue with an order.
