The bag and the packaging were beautiful, and I love supporting small businesses. The only reason for four stars and not five is that the shipping took longer than I expected.

Alt for lang leveringstid, tasken er mindre end på reklamen, farven er anderledes. Vil gerne returnere og har prøvet at kontakte firma pr. mail flere gang, men der bliver ikke svaret. Det er dårlig service og dårlig produkt.

The order took a bit longer than usual to arrive, so I was getting a bit worried, but the customer service was quick to communicate! I finally received the bags, and I love them! I've seen other reviews mention 'a weird smell', which i'm pretty sure is just the vegan leather fresh out of the bag, it's nothing bad and it goes away fairly quickly once you air it out! I've gotten one for myself and one for my mom, and we both love them!

Catastrophique! J’ai commandé un sac pour l’anniversaire de ma fille et elle a reçu une paire de chaussures affreuses ! Après l’avoir signalé au service client j’ai eu une réponse seulement au bout de 3 semaines. Leur réponse: me demander de renvoyer à mes frais les chaussures avant remboursement ou de garder les chaussures avec une remise. Ce site est une anarque. Fuyez!!

My relation with ByNyla is getting worse and worse. After agreement I paid for the return of the bags to China. ByNyla didn't respond to the customs questions and now they say the return-period has passed, so they will not be able to pay back the money, I paid OR send back the bags. One star is only because zero is not an option. Stay away from this company.

Je trouve mon sac de bonne qualité,assez grand avec plusieurs poche . Très beau et un temps d'attente normal . Je recommande !
