I love it and so easy to use. The bond is strong and last me for a week. So easy to remove and doesnt cause any damaged for my natural lashes

Fantastic customer service. Received my order and wasn't quite pleased with the style as I believed they looked different to the stock photo (maybe it's my application!). Contacted and they confirmed I recieved the right ones, but offered me different style at no cost to me to make sure I get what I wanted. I am on day 2 of full wear, no movement at all, I've even showered and rubbed my eyes and no movement. End cluster (too far over) I had to re-apply but that's on my application because the other eye is perfect. 10/10 experience I will be a regular customer 🙂

I have used DuffBeauty for a long time, but wanted to try something new. Lash glow is falling off, I wake up every morning without the innercorner and outercorner lash. I am fully convinced I apply them correctly, and have used lashclusters for over 4 years. Also, the applicators are the worst and a very cheap material. Will not buy again but am going to use the rest of the lashes I bought.

Leaving a tiny gap at both the inner and outer corners rather than taking the clusters all the way to the edge also helps significantly.
