Ships out of china, had to wait almost 2 weeks before my order arrived, and the glue doesn’t even stick. I tried them a few times now, but they get off everytime in my sleep. They are quite expensive too. Never again.

Hi cc , we’re sorry to hear you had this experience! :( We ship from different fulfilment centres worldwide, and orders are sent from the closest warehouse to your country where stock is available. Delivery times can vary depending on the destination and customs. Regarding the Bond, it’s specifically formulated to be very tacky when applied correctly and is designed to provide up to 7–10 days of wear. When lashes are coming off during sleep, it’s usually something very small in the application that’s preventing the Bond from fully curing, most commonly applying too much Bond or placing it too close to the waterline. We have an application support team who are always happy to help troubleshoot this with you and guide you through the application based on your lashes.
