A couple of things worth sharing: we work with multiple warehouses around the world, and depending on where you're located, your order ships from whichever one gets it to you fastest and has stock on hand, so that's what determines where it comes from. And on the Amazon comparison: it's worth knowing our clusters are handmade using soft, lightweight PBT fibers, while a lot of what's sold on Amazon is machine-made with heavier synthetic fibers that tend to feel stiffer and less natural once applied.
