The reason we ask for photos and work through troubleshooting with you is not to avoid responsibility or delay a resolution. It's because early fallout is almost always caused by one very specific and fixable thing in the application process. We genuinely want every customer to have the experience that's advertised and troubleshooting is our way of making sure that happens rather than just sending you away empty handed. Regarding our return policy, unfortunately we're unable to process refunds on used beauty products.
