worst website!!!! I ordered a sweater and it came looking like trash and I can't reach them for a refund!!!!!!! never ordering again from there and no one else should either!!!!

The sweater I ordered is not what I received. The quality was inferior and I have tried numerous times to reach the company for a refund and only get info that the email does not exist. This seems to be a very expensive scam. Do not trust Grace Row! The sweater I ordered was a nice embroidered sweater and what I got was a cheap sweater with a print of embroidery. Cheap look and cheap quality. Grace Row is deceptive and does not respond through email or website.

Awful! These cheaters are in China, not America as they claim. I ordered what I thought were 3 cute cotton tops. Instead they are ugly polyester tops. I emailed a request to return and of course they have ghosted me, like all of the China companies portraying themselves to be American companies. Do not give them your money!

Zero stars! Didn’t know it was coming from China. Took too long and my party that I needed it for is over. And now I’m trying to return it and like everyone else says the email is declined. It says it doesn’t exist. They don’t answer phone. So wrong! Don’t buy from here!

I would give zero stars if I could. Buyer beware. It’s bad enough that they sent the wrong dress (it wasn’t what the picture showed). now I’m trying to send them an email to get a refund and the email keeps getting declined. they aren’t answering the phone that they give you to call them to try and get a shipping label to return the dresses and get a refund

They sent the wrong dress. The quality of the dress they did send was inferior, wrinkled and flimsy. They do not answer their phone. All emails sent to the the email address on the website are not deliverable. It is impossible to get a refund.

I'm sure you've gotten this complaint before, the China Warehouse issue. Never saw China mentioned. Only saw a warehouse in Wyoming. asked repeatedly for a screenshot of where the China Warehouse thing is mentioned. Complete subterfuge. I got $19.95 of my $49.95 and a jacket I can't wear. This was supposed to be 100% guaranteed. Disgraceful.
