I tried to return my dress but I had to contact the company. The email and phone number did not work. Terrible customer service. I still have the dress that needs returned but not contact from the company. I even sent a message through the portal. No response. I lost $80! Thought the dress was going to be my dress to wear at my daughter’s wedding but the quality was terrible and the dress was nothing like the picture! I’m completely disappointed!

Do not buy anything from Grace Row! The Relaxed Midi Dress I received looks completely different from the item pictured online. When I tried to return it, every email bounced back as undeliverable—both the address on their Returns page and the reply to their own order email. With zero way to contact customer service, I had to resort to filing a chargeback through my credit card company. Avoid this store!

The product ran small, so I contacted the company immediately after receiving my order to request instructions for returning it for a replacement. I never received a response. Had the company responded promptly, there would have been enough time to exchange the item or order a different size before my event. Instead, I had to quickly purchase a replacement from another company. I would still like to return this product for a refund, as it does not fit and I am unable to use it. Disappointing sizing and customer service.

The item is very cheaply made.Does not match the picture at all. The email address does not exist and the phone number is not in service. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY! I wish I had read these reviews before taking a chance on this company/

The suit quality was terrible and it looked nothing like the picture. I thought the return address was the US warehouse address but it was too China and the cost was not worth the effort. I was only offered a 40% refund and they denied any deceptive marketing about their return address. They only display a Netherlands or US address on the website. It isn't until you try to make an exchange or get a refund that you discover the addess is in China.

Byron Grace. Dress arrived . No labelling anywhere. Nothing like the size ordered so of course does not fit. Do not be taken in by the lovely photos in the advertising. I put this down to experience and realise despite the title of the company it is Chinese and does not conform to Australian regulations.

I have tried to get in touch with this company and no reply. I had to have my credit card company to step in and resolve my problem of returning an item. Never again will i ever trust this Grace Row again. Its a scam
