Bydee is genuinely one of my favourite brands in the world. They literally do everything well! Call outs - their online marketing includes women of all body shapes, this is so rare for a bikini brand and makes it SO much easier to online shop. Their in-store experience was fantastic, it took me 3 hours to pick out my favourite bikinis and the retail assistant was so kind and patient with me. The website is easy to use and you can access a lot of review videos on TikTok so you can see Bydee bikinis in the wild and they always looks amazing. The design of each bikini being unique and of such amazing quality but compatible in price to other brands who are basic. The sizing is consistent across the products and pretty true to size (I’m between an M and an L bottoms and I found L worked best). And finally, I accidentally purchased the wrong size, final sale items - usually companies will not do anything in this scenario but my bestie Bydee were kind enough to help me attain the right sizes as a one off and saved me so much stress, money and admin before my Europe trip (thank you Kaye). Desi and team, I’m a die hard fan! Thank you for demonstrating what good looks like across all customer touch points, you have a forever customer in me ☺️ I would love to see you reach out to your VIP girlies to do a segment on them - who’s buying, what are they buying, what do they look like in the bikini, what lifestyle do they live, how old are they — I’m always so curious about real life baddies and the relationship they have with Bydee. customer service helped me efficiently! I received a faulty bikini top and they were on top of sending me a new one so quickly, will definitely be purchasing more from them! also the quality of their products are definitely amazing

I didn’t know that I have a limited time to use my points before my code expired. Kaye was so nice in helping me by explaining me the problem and she reactivated the code for me, which is something not everyone would do. I love the team and the products and I was happy to find out that also customer service is amazing

The swimsuits are not only top quality, the customer service is exceptional! I was apprehensive ordering from this brand for the first time as the suits are expensive and you can only return for store credit, but the details are exquisite and I’m so happy I decided to purchase. Really wonderful company <3
