Order never arrived, I purchased shipping protection, and now the company is requesting my ID to start a missing package claim. USPS doesn't require this, nor does filing a missing package report with the police department. They just want me to send it haphazardly through email, no safety link was provided. This is an extremely unsafe request and I am floored they would even ask. This is my first order ever with the company and the experience has been unpleasant and disappointing. What is the purpose of shipping protection if I have to jump through hoops to utilize it? I feel like I've been scammed

I would not recommend ordering from this company. First, their return policy is extremely restrictive. You can’t get a refund—only store credit—and they also charge a $7 return shipping fee. Swimwear is already difficult to fit, so not offering true returns makes the process frustrating and expensive. The customer service experience was equally disappointing. I placed an order and, within two minutes, emailed to cancel one item after noticing they had just released a new collection with better color options. Despite how quickly I reached out, they refused to cancel the item and told me I would need to return it—meaning I’d be charged the $7 fee again. On top of that, the fit of the swimsuits was not flattering. Every style I tried compressed my chest and made me look completely flat. Also, the bottoms cut into my sides. Overall: poor customer service, no refunds (only store credit), added return fees, and disappointing fit. I won’t be ordering from this company again—aside from trying to use up the store credit I’m now stuck with.

I’ve ordered three times from this company in the span of a year. The first time i ordered i got an email 3 days later that they didn’t have the item i ordered even though it said it was in stock so I had to chose a completely different top. I ordered again this last week, heard nothing about shipping for over 4 days so I had to contact them myself just for them to tell me once again they had counted their inventory wrong and even though their other warehouse clearly had my size in stock would make no effort to help me find a solution to my order so I had to get a refund and now have no time to order anything for my trip. Do not trust this company, they always disappoint. Terrible customer service wasn’t even offered anything for the inconvenience TWICE. Update! I order for a third time since they gave me a $30 off (I know a stupid mistake on my part) I know you’re never going to guess: Once again, MISCOUNTED THEIR INVENTORY! Do NOT order from this company. EVER. Especially if you need something for a special event. This company will ONLY ever screw you over. Spend your money on a reliable company. Their customer service couldn’t give less of a sh**.

Unhelpful and disappointing service from Bydee: I made an error with the shipping address, and I immediately sent an email to change my order’s shipping address after it was confirmed. They promised to inform the warehouse but offered to cancel the order instead. Since it was a Christmas present, I declined and requested the address change. They said they’d contact me once it was done but never did. Instead, I received tracking information showing my order was sent to the original address. This was a highly disappointing and unhelpful experience.

I saved to start my collection, only to be heavily disappointed and also embarrassed when I wore my bikini for the first time to the beach. Let’s just say all my bits, boobs, lips couldn’t stay in the bikini. Despite being very petite, I have no boobs I have never experienced this issue. I explained it to the company who did not care whatsoever, no offer of a solution even an exchange would have been great. They expected me to just blame myself and I tried explaining that the way the bikini is made is a real issue. I would have loved to continue my collection but due to the price, lack of customer care I feel it’s not worth it. They do not value customers. Another money hungry brand. Would not recommend Thanks for your reply however I already emailed you guys and as I mentioned there was no care whatsoever. How do you expect someone to keep a tag on and a plastic liner while wearing it to the beach? It’s nice you wear the bikini out that you truly experience it’s make. You’re refusing to accept the feedback of your product and refusing to cater for a customer who took time to write you a truely honest feedback. The product is not made with consideration yet it’s over priced. For what reason can you charge this much on your items that aren’t even made to fit right and not afford to credit a customer? I could have returned the item but you won’t accept it without a tag. If you genuinely have a damn which you didn’t I wouldn’t write reviews, I could’ve had a better bikini and continued to purchase from you. This is the result of not having customer value.

Had a bikini for 18 months and the metal rings holding the straps together disintegrated in my hands, I contacted Bydee and they basically said it was general wear and tear, clearly not when I had followed the advice on how to take care of the item. Not a happy customer - would save your money

Horrible return policy. You have to pay for shipping and returns. Luxury prices for Shein quality. My bikini top strap was sewn incorrectly. The gold charms are tarnishing on my swim top.

I bought a dress for $385 CAD and I can’t believe how cheap the material of the dress is!!!! SHEIN has better material and looks better for $20 max. It’s a terrible experience. Never gonna shop again!
