She was absolutely incredible! She rectified the issue immediately and went the extra mile by sending out a replacement via 2-day expedited shipping to ensure I had it in time for my upcoming trip. I’ve had a wonderful experience with Bydee. My first purchase was seamless—the swimsuit was vibrant, comfortable, and the quality was so impressive that I immediately came back for a second order. Unfortunately, the delivery service mishandled my second package. I was so disappointed, but Bydee’s customer service was incredible. They communicated clearly, guided me through the process, and sent a replacement. I was especially impressed that they followed up with me when I hadn't responded (as I was waiting on the courier's investigation).
