ok product but one dumbbell does not adjust well. You get what you pay for...

Great product.

I received my weights, and one of the dumbbells in the set is almost impossible to use. It looks like the weights that were provided that are used to change the amount of weight for the dumbbells are different between the two dumbbells, causing one of the dumbbells to be almost impossible to rack and change weight. I tried reaching out and also sending pictures but no response yet.

Return policy is extremely cumbersome and not customer friendly

We were warned the product would take a while to ship, but took even longer than expected. The product itself is more or less what I expected. Knowing what I know now, I probably wouldn't have paid more than 250 for these, but we're in a pandemic, so it does the job while I'm out of the gym. One dumbbell is in lbs and the other in kgs. It's annoying needing a reference table every time I switch weights, but I'm sure I'll memorize it eventually...All in all, not bad, but probably wouldn't buy again at the 400 price point. I took 1 star off for the quality and 1 for the overall wait time.

The equipment is mostly fine, if you’re okay with one being in lbs and one being in kg. One also reeked heavily of gasoline, so my hands do after every workout. My biggest gripes with the company are this: I was quoted 3-4 weeks shipping time when I ordered (this was, btw, after THEY had revised it down from 4-6). After the 4 week mark of crickets, I inquired about the status of my shipment and got a very annoyed copy pasta response from customer service that didn’t even address my actual question. My two inquiries on the FB page were immediately deleted and I was blocked from interacting with the page. THAT is the kind of customer service you receive. So do I recommend them? No. They hide a lot of the negative by blocking and deleting people which makes them untrustworthy in my book. I would seek out more reputable sources.

I am happy with my purchase from BWSS. The weight rack we ordered arrived damaged, and we could not put it together. BWSS customer support responded to my complaint rather quickly, and issued a refund. The weights arrived in perfect condition, and I am happy with their performance, so far. Shipping was rather prolonged (like it was for everything) during the summer, but we received everything we ordered. I would order from them again.
