I’ve order products over 2.5 months ago and have not received any updates. I have sent a message which was responded to but if I had not reached out myself, I would have had zero visibility on the status of one of my products and when it will be arriving (which still hasn’t been communicated) Not a great experience and would not recommend to others.

I only received 1 out 2 dumbbells. When I tried reaching out to get my second dumbbell, BWSS stopped replying to my emails.

The equipment arrived in the time frame that bwssfit.com said, which was about 5-6 weeks, and the equipment was exactly as described. A great experience all around. Thank you!

Was waiting to buy the Bowflex adjustable dumbbells when they came back in stock and got tired of waiting and stumbled across this brand from an ad and am very pleased with my purchase! I’ve never had adjustable dumbells before so have nothing to compare them to but got a pair of the 52.5’s and use them 4x a week and they’re great so far! You do have to really make sure the pins are dropped/clicked in when you turn to select a new weight before you pick it up, otherwise I’ve had it continue to grab an extra plate if I’m just moving too quickly, but that’s my only complaint. Also got the adjustable bench and am very happy with that as well - do step ups and dips and hop overs on it and it’s very sturdy.

I ordered a pair of adjustable dumbbells during pandemic. I got them with some delay, which means it’s a legit site to work with.

It’s a good concept but not great product. Ordered product in June didn’t come until Mid August. One of the dumbbell holders somehow stopped working within three weeks. I can still adjust but I have to move all the weights to the second holder then adjusted it. Just takes a lot of time. Still a good product but now where near with the price.
