Hey everyone just wanted to let people know how happy I am to have a versatile set of weights in these wild covid times where the gyms keep opening and closing. I got the adjustable set of 2 weights that can go from 5-25lbs per dumbbell. I love them! The only downside is that the shipment took about 2 months or so but they do let you know beforehand that it’ll take awhile for the product to get to you and I appreciate the transparency. I’d recommend these to anyone who was looking for a versatile range on a set of adjustables.

Still have not received my products company says they were delivered but I never got anything.

I ordered adjustable weights in July, I received one weight in September, and did not receive the second one. I continued to email BWSS weekly to resolve this issue and kept getting the runaround. Final they completely stopped returning my emails a few weeks after and have not heard a single thing from them to resolve this issue. Now I’m left with one weight.

I have had nothing but trouble with the adjustable dumbbell set, which seems cheaply made and doesn't function properly. It is difficult to turn the dials, plates fall off the weights while I'm exercising (a dangerous problem) and it is often impossible to return the weights to the trays because of misalignments. Instead of a workout what they usually provide is a big time-suck.

One of the base units arrived damaged so that the adjustable weights would now operate correctly. I emailed the company several times for a replacement but was never answered. Would not recommend this product to someone else.

The products came in about the specified time. The dumbbells I purchased are a little bulkier than I expected but they work great. The direction sheet could be a little better. Definitely quality for far less than others of a similar type.

Amazing customer service and quality products

The weights work well. The reason I’m giving a one star review is because I bought the stand along with them and the weights don’t fit on top of it. Which means I wasted $140 on a piece of metal I will never be able to use. Also the stand for the dumbbells that helps shift the weights was damaged and I contacted support regarding both of these issues and I never heard back from them.
