Absolute scam. Somehow received my info from Happy Go Travel application on LinkedIn. I stayed on the zoom meeting until the end on the off chance this was real...
Mark makes you pay $97 while still on the call. He does not provide his last name, there is no email to respond to. Total waste of an hour. I'm just glad he didn't get my money too.

Scam
Yep, totally a scam. *
I didn't figure it out until after the interview and I feel so bad for all the "so-and-so, thank you, you're good to go"s I heard because each one meant someone falling for it. No one should be asking you to commit/spend money on such short notice, while they wait. Even legit people doing that are scummy and you should take another look at them.
BE WARY OF PRESSURE TACTICS!!!
Maybe I'm naive for falling for it at all, but it didn't feel off till the end. I asked if I could have more time to decide and said in chat (directly to him, chatting to others was blocked) that it felt too good to be true. He was all -haha, I'll take that as a compliment- and said he could hold my spot till the end of the day. Still a pressure tactic by the way.
Things that are too good to be true so often are. That's what clued me in to look closer, this was my 3rd attempted scam from "employers".
*Since you're reading this, good job doing your research, even if you already gave them one payment, it's monthly, contact your bank and have them block the next payment so they can't get you twice!

nervous and new
I just join I'm very nervous and skeptical 🫤.. it looks like a lot of people have had a lot of negative responses. I've already paid so I guess i might as well try it 🤷. I give it a month. But hopefully I'll have a good experience.. and btw I'm very much a real person. Just incase there are bots on here.

Hi Yatice! Welcome to the team, it was nice to see you on the Meet & Greet call today. Hoping that after this orientation call it is now very clear how transparent and genuine our company is.
Please don't hesitate to contact my support team for any help during your onboarding process. We truly love what we do day-in and day-out and those negative reviews you're seeing are typically from individuals who either are not agents with us and falsely classify us as an MLM scam (which we are not, we don't even have any affiliate program) or those who registered with us and never got on that first call with me to begin their journey with us.
Rest assured, we're ready to rock and roll together!

UNETHICAL...Automatically renewed my…
UNETHICAL...Automatically renewed my membership and charged my account an annual fee of $396 during these extremely stressful economic times. After contacting them on the SAME DAY they charged my account to CANCEL my membership & request a REFUND they replied "Unfortunately we DO NOT issue REFUNDS as per our Terms & Conditions. There are resources that are billed on our end that we pay for that are non-refundable, like the E&O insurance and other resources." No integrity, no morals, no respect for other peoples hard earned money. STAY AWAY...DO NOT RECOMMEND...

Do your Research first & always Question Everything
Question everything. If you are legit, what do you have to hide? Why are people kicked out of the Zoom call? Why can't questions be asked before we give away our money? Why sugarcoat everything? Why call it a certification? You're not even given the company name until the end of the call. It's a waste of 1.5 - 2 hours to be told you have to pay and not know what you're getting. Keep reading for more.
The Zoom meeting was going very well, with over 150+ people in there. "We can't take everyone for this job," but we can take anyone who is willing to move forward at the end...ie pay. Jacob spoke the whole time and had so many motivating things to say. You could ask questions about job opportunities, and no opportunity was given at all. That was RED FLAG 1.
Towards the end, after everyone was pumped, we were told we needed to pay for certification, $97/month, in case a "mistake is made," we would be covered. I was hesitant, and of course, was waiting for the “catch" because there usually is one. No surprise there was. RED FLAG 2. Especially with the ad that I've seen for over a month now, I wondered how someone could make so much money for Data Entry or CSR work.
In addition, I am a skeptic and not one to spend money without knowing what I am getting or getting into, which was still unclear as the chat was closed and could only be sent to or seen by Jacob.
Once I got to the site, the link to pay for the "certification" said: " The Travel Agent Certification is a professional requirement that allows you to access exclusive travel deals, book trips for clients, and earn commission on every booking." That description does not sound like a certification, it sounds like every business opportunity where you must invest into it.
Needless to say, towards the end, people started dropping off the call like flies. Not many of us have $97 (month) just to give away, based solely on the words of one person who gave no opportunity ask questions or answer them. The way things were explained in the call made it sound like a legit JOB.
Once you paid the $97, first, you get the training materials to begin. Details taken from a couple of other reviews state that leads are provided to you, and you reach out to DATA ENTRY or CSR, ask questions regarding what clients want to book for their travel, and then you submit, but don't quote me.
They stated it is "their clients"... Whether this is legit or not, I have no idea, but ALL IN ALL, this was more of a sales pitch. I chose not to move forward. Too many inconsistencies. Choose for yourself, I am just giving an account of my experience on touching on a couple of others stated here.
Lastly, the comment about the person who got kicked out of the meeting for posting a review he found online regarding other ALIASES is another RED FLAG. In addition, the majority of the reviews posted on this particular alias only go back to January 2025 or so. If you have been in business for 20, 30 years, or however long we told you were in Zoom, why don't the reviews go back farther? If the opportunity is so amazing, why arent there more positive ones.
All the positive reviews did seem like BOTS because as stated in another comment here, no one has legitimately stated they have made any money at all. It's just all hopes, dreams, and positive intent that they hope to make money and the excitement at the opportunity, blah blah, but no real results. If this was all legit, why not have real testimonials and REAL people speak on behalf of the company. I have been in other zooms, and that is exactly what happens when an opportunity is indeed LEGIT. It seems there may be truth to the aliases.
All I know is people were paying so I'm sure they made a lot of money just from the $97 sign ups for people paying at the end of the call for certification and training materials, not know what theyre getting into except all the fluff that was provided for over and hour. I didnt believe in the opportunity so it was NO GO for me.

Complete bs liars
Complete bs liars. FBI needs to be notified as they are robbing many people across state lines. And to the nonsense reply, I never claimed you liars were an mlm.
I have filed a report with fcc, and Indeed, because pay for a job is not what indeed is about, and the ad listed was for customer serves or data entry, NOT a travel agent. He doing the insanely long bs interview full of lies, even told us that. Then he at the end says we must pay $97, so some bs certification, for a customer service job? Really? There was a lot of con in that interview.

Thank you for sharing your concerns. I’m sorry to hear that you’ve formed this impression of BWJ, and I’d like to address your feedback directly. Your feedback is directly caused by the fact that you are reading reviews from individuals who are NOT agents with us and throw us into the bucket of being another pyramid scheme "scam" through defamation even though none have actually joined the company to see what we’re all about. I encourage you to check the reviews from our actual agents.
First, I want to clarify that BWJ Travel is not, and has never been, an MLM or multi-level business scam. We pride ourselves on providing our agents with exceptional resources, tools, and personalized support to help them succeed. From our one-on-one onboarding process to our dedicated support team, we go above and beyond to set our agents up for success.
I understand that skepticism can arise, especially in an industry where certain companies have given others cause for doubt. However, I assure you that we operate with full transparency and have built a thriving community of agents who are achieving real results.
I hope that you will remove your defamatory review that is not authentic to the experience that many of our actual agents have. We appreciate your action on this matter.

Questions Abound
I am fulfilling a cease and desist request issued by BWJ Travel, LLC, to clarify my points of negative review. So, I now leave the following as my changed legally factual review, taken in-part from correspondence sent by myself to the legal representation of BWJ Travel, LLC being Francesco Picone, Esq:
-I spent two hours on a conference call with more than 100 other people after submitting my credentials for consideration.
- At the end of the call I was told I was hired but needed to sign up for certification for $59. Ok. It may be unusual to have to pay to get into a job, but I liked the job, as described and paid the money.
-Turned out it was $59/month but still ok.
-I was told that I would receive a link to complete training by Jacob, the call leader, after he called my name out recognizing my certification payment.
-I was told I would get the training link right away. In fact, I was told that if I could complete the training the same day, Weds 2/5/25, I could begin work as soon as Friday 2/7. I was motivated for it.
-I waited for the link. No link.
- I replied to the text confirming my payment to ask where the link was. No response and nothing on my email.
-Next day I ask where the link is again. No response. Friday I send another text. No response. No training link.
I wrote a much more brief and negative review here on Monday. Tuesday I was contacted by a lawyer claiming I was defaming their client. Saying it might have just been a technical glitch that I didn't get what I was promised. So I wrote back on email and asked questions. If this incident was an accident or technical glitch:
-Why had I still not received a link to training after 5 days? A technical glitch might explain why the link was not sent that night but they never sent it at all
- If they didn’t have any spots left, I get it. Why wasn’t a communication sent and a refund issued without a bad, but truthful review being published?
-They promptly texted me the link to the training Zoom and acknowledgement of payment but could not be bothered to communicate with me after receiving a little money from me? That doesn’t show a good faith effort to me as you suggest. Instead, it shows bad intent.
I'm adding here that it is interesting that can get counsel involved within 24 hours of my posting a negative review, but never bothered contacting me about a broken verbal contract?
Draw your own conclusions, folks.
