I already filled out a survey, but I’m sending the product back because it did not work on my vehicle. I’m also sending it back because I accidentally ordered way too much. I think I clicked a second time or third time for like a three pack and I did not mean to do that. Also, the product only helped on one little scratch and I have a few very serious scratches. I think that the scratches are too deep for your product. The first time I called and I never could get a hold of anybody after waiting for a long time but the second time I did get someone quickly and they told me they’d be emailing me.

My experience wasn’t that great but the support when finally came seems to be good. I will know for sure when I see my credit card statement. I’ve been billed for something I have never received. However originally I was billed for far more than I ordered. In any case, it was a miss match from the beginning to the end. I have been advised they are issuing me a credit. It remains to be seen.

the first time i called to check on the status of my order the lady was extremely rude b/c i didn’t have my order number before i could ask her to look it up by email she hung up on me…. second and third phone calls were very pleasant

This company is a scam!!

I ordered what looked like a good product that I need, at a sensible prcie. Then came another offer. . and another. X 5, 6, . . and it was difficult to find out how to continue in the program without getting all of this other stuff!! - In the end I did find one extra product on the order, without the possibility of cancelling it (- of course, I could have gone all the way out of the program and in again . . . ) What a great business!! I do hope the product does work as advertised, when I get it!

Customer service good, product not as advertised.

I had already received the NanoPolix Package. On Thursday, July,23rd.2026 received the 2nd. Package which I never ordered. I called and spoke with Carol in Customer Service and was very nice and said that I am sending you an e-mail with the procedure to Return.
