The product I ordered didn't work asNano cloths…
The product I ordered didn't work as advertised for me. Customer service has been great, but I still have not recieved the full details for returning the nano cloths and my money refunded.

Trusting this product will work on my…
Trusting this product will work on my BMW. A little skeptical, and then all the "special offers" pop up before check out. Great offers, no doubt. Then I get a fraud alert from my bank on checkout . . .UGH. Did continue with order. Giving only 3 for order experience. If this product works I will definitely leave a positive review. If not I will be asking for a refund.

I ordered by mistake and when I immediately called to correct the mistake I was told it was to late to cancel the order and I had to wait till I received the product. I was also told I would get return directions in an email and I did not get them.

Trying to check out of my order I had…
Trying to check out of my order I had ro be real careful to complete cause 4 other ads cam up with very small writing that says no. I got caught up in that before n it cost me over 100$. Very tricky. Im glad I got my order thru without mistaken add ons.
