This company is completely misleading and dishonest. !!! They advertise a certain price without clearly letting you know what the total will be… then did not allow me to cancel my purchase even though I called within minutes to stop the order. When I called for info on how to return they hung up on me repeatedly and had automated email responses with no helpful info. Then I received a message from my financing app telling me something about auto-payment for this blasted company. You have got to be kidding me! These guys are scammers 100% Nanpolix- you need to respond to your customers. I’m ready to seek some legal advice on this issue bc they are stonewalling me.

The best way this company could improve is to act within the law.i ordered one bottle and they thought it would be OK to send and charge me for 5 Which came to 10 x what I wanted instead of £14. They took unauthorised £131 and now won't return it all they have returned about half how can this be allowed to happen because they seem to do it all the time surely there's a law against this i buy i bottle and am forced to buy 5 as an oap I get £230 a week and as worked all my life and have pancreatic cancer im not entitled to any benefits this constitutes over half my income for that week disgusting company

Also ich habe den Fehler gemacht zu bestellen und innerhalb von Minuten versucht zu stornieren was nicht mehr möglich war (morgens um kurz nach 5) die Bestellung wäre sofort ausgelöst worden bei Bestellung. Ich warte jetzt seit 10 Tagen darauf das es ankommt.Gestern wurde ich informiert das die Bestellung versendet ist NACH 10 TAGEN. Ich habe auch das Angebot für ca 17 Euro gewählt und es wurde ca 47 Euro kosten über PayPal gezahlt. Habe mehrere Mails geschickt das ich den Artikel nicht mehr habe will aber es ist immer das selbe Problem es kommt keine Stornierung zustande und keine Rückzahlung. Daher bitte vorsichtig mit dem Anbieter ich denke das ist ein fake. Danke für die Antwort aber irrelevant ich habe wieder oben geschrieben das ich Minuten später stornieren wollte was nicht möglich war. Aber der Versand 2 Wochen dauert???Ist daher lachhaft.

No tengo ninguna experiencia, no los he usado nunca, pero el 21/06/26 me cargaron en mi tarjeta 97,51. Sigo manteniendo esta reseña, no es ninguna opinion es la realidad que me ha pasado. Me han devuelto el dinero y eso era lo que queria. Borren la reseña si quieren pero esa empresa o lo que sea me cargaron una compra en mi terjeta sin sin que se la facilitase y los proveedores de mi tarjeta que tienen que autorizar el pago si yo lo autorizo, nunca lo hicieron por que tal compra no existio. Jamas volveré a usar una tarjeta para comprar por internet y ya me han anulado la tarjeta y tambien los he denunciado. Lo mas curioso es que me han mandado correos diciendo que tenia X tiempo para llenar los datos bancarios de lo contrario no me podrian hacer el descuento. Mientras hablaba para anular la tarjeta y explicar que me habia pasado han desaparecido los correos que me animaban a insertar los datos de mi tarjeta. Como lo han hecho, no lo se. Espero que esta denuncia llegue a tiempo antes de que el fraude siga.

I ordered what I thought was one product on 16th June. As with other comments, the site offered mutliple prompts to purchase other items I did not want, and I was inundated with what seemed to be 9 or 10 prompts - I lost count!! I thought I had said no to them all but I clearly didn't as my bill at the end was for £84!!! There is no option on the site to review or amend your order so the £84 was talen from my credit card immediately. Despite emailing the company within two minutes of placing the order to try and cancel it, I was told that this was not possible as my order had been processed!!! Ten days later, I have received an email to say that my order has been shipped!! I would not advise anyone to use this website - it is poorly designed, the service afterwards is shocking, and I am hoping to return the items to get a full refund - otherwise I shall resort to using Section 75 on my credit card to try and recover the money. An appalling sales process and even worse customer service. Avoid at all costs!! Update following response from Nanopolix: I have received a response from Ben - what he says is absolute rubbish as I had no option to review and amend the order before payment was taken. This is consistent with what others have said on Trustpilot!! If that had been an option then I would not have accepted the items that were added to my order and would not have received a bill for over £84!! A bunch of con-artists! Further update following further comments from Nanopolix: They state that they will prioritise my request -I shall wait and see!!! I returned the items a week ago and obtained 'proof of posting' from the Post Office. I have not received any confirmation from the company to say that they have received my returned items. Neither have they given any indication when I will receive a refund. Based on comments from other purchasers on Trustpilot, I have zero confidence that I will get a full refund from the company. However, I shall wait and see. As an aside, I also completed a Section 75 claim with my credit card company - I am not sure if they have been in touch with Nanopolix as yet but it is possible that Nanopolix comments in relation to 'giving me priority' could be down to the pressure from the Credit Card company - who knows? Further, further update from Nanopolix: I have just received an email this morning saying that if I want to keep the items they willoffer me a refund!! This is a refund on items I dont want and have sent back to them a week ago!! What a joke!

Need to show order and shipping amount and be able to correct order before payment is made, this option was never given. Bad business model

Es una auténtica estafa, son unos sinvergüenzas timando a la gente. No se os ocurra comprar en este portal, te cobran mucho más de lo que indican que vale, luego dicen que no han recibido el pago para que vuelvas a picar y pagues dos veces. Al realizar la compra no me apareció la página donde muestre qué he comprado, cuantas unidades y el importe final, sino que apareció otra página publicitaria del producto, por lo que no pude comprobar finalmente mi compra.
