I ordered one cloth from this company @ £21 that including postage but they took that payment & and extra £141.50 . I've sent emails around 25 emails 5 phone calls. They actually had the nerve to write back to tell me that they'd refund £40 & i could keep the products . This means i'm paying £100.50 for cloths I never ever ordered. Don't ever pay money to this company they are scammers & could empty your bank account.

1 set besteld, kreeg opeens melding van meer bestellingen. Direct gereageerd, alleen reactie dat het op dat moment te druk was. Later nog een keer bericht gestuurd, maar toen was het product al verstuurd....naar een PostNL-punt ruim 100 km van mijn huis!. Dat pakket is weer teruggestuurd naar het bedrijf. Conclusie: slechte communicatie, ruim 60 euro kwijt en geen enkel product :-( inmiddels bijna twee maanden en zo'n 20 mails verder en nog steeds geen oplossing!

This company are fraudsters. I only ordered one item the scratch cloth but when the sent me my receipt they had added several other items so instead of a bill around £25 they had taken £84. I immediately contacted them to cancel but after only a few minutes they said that the order had already been processed and dispatched But on my receipt they said because of the volume of orders my delivery was likely to be longer than expected. Totally unacceptable and beware of using this company as they are refusing to stop the incorrect order They are a disgrace The reply from the company tries to say I ordered the various items That is absolute nonsense I ordered I item not 4. There are other reports on here where customers have reported exactly the same issue that they were sent items that they didn’t order. The corrupt practice must be investigated by the trading standards I REPEAT I DID NOT ORDER MORE THAN ONE ITEM.

Immediately after application the scratches appear to disappear. Minutes later they are all back .Yet another misleading advert.

The website link is basically a scam and misselling device. Somehow the PayPal order went through even though I quit before finally hitting send (because I spotted the final figure went through the roof at checkout). To send back the product you have to email but the email links don't work...reading the returns policy I suspect they've set up so many obstacles it will be impossible to get monies back (yes £124 for 10 'cloths').

Wie viele andere bereits schreiben: auch ich bin auf das vermeintliche Angebot von ca. 17 € reingefallen. Abgebucht wurden 46,90 €. Sofortige Kontaktaufnahme, um die Bestellung zu stornieren, würde mit dem Hinweis "bereits versandt aber sie können es zurückschicken". Versandhinweis kam aber erst 3 Tage später. Die Tücher kommen aus China! Will man den Stress mit zurückschicken? Immerhin sind sie angekommen, heute ausprobiert: ein kleiner Kratzer ging weg, alle anderen sind geblieben. Zudem blieb eine weiße Paste zurück, die abgewaschen werden müsste. Lasst die Finger davon oder nehmt Spüli!

Product did not deliver on it’s publicity….very disappointing

Trap er niet in!! Het zijn grote oplichtingspratijken. Aanbieding was twee doeken voor een mooie prijs, dus het proberen waard. Ben toen gewoon het bestelproces doorlopen, alleen bij het uitchecken via PayPal had ik ineens zeven doeken besteld voor een veelvoud van het oorspronkelijke bedrag. Geprobeerd direct de order te annuleren maar dat ging niet. Contact opgenomen met de klantenservice van Nanopolix om de order te annuleren. Daar wel vriendelijk te woord gestaan maar toen duidelijk werd dat ik wou annuleren hadden ze het ineens erg drug en werd het overgedragen. Duurde zolang dat de order zogenaamd ineens verzonden was en niet meer geannuleerd kon worden. Na lang heen en weer gemail uiteindelijk het aanbod geaccepteerd om de helft van het bedrag gerestitueerd te krijgen om van het gezeik af te zijn. Nu zit ik dus met een zevental doeken die niets eens het kleinste krasje wegkrijgen. ZE ZIJN DUS NOG WAARDELOOS OOK, DOEN HELEMAAL NIETS DIE DOEKEN. Dus wees gewaarschuwd en trap er niet in!
