Didn't like all the extra products or…
Didn't like all the extra products or want them added as enticements after my initial purchase.

Addition of "Shipping Warranty" charges…
Addition of "Shipping Warranty" charges is not warranted.

The customer service lady was very kind…
The customer service lady was very kind & helpful - she apologised for the product not meeting expectations & said she would send me an email with instructions for a full return of the 4 nano cloths. I haven’t had the email yet so hopefully it will be here very soon.

Product not tried
A mistake was made in the ordering of the product such that 7 products were ordered at a significant cost. I had to return the whole package but may restart the process again with the intended number.

Too many offers, confusing! Two items I didn't intend to order were added!
