I am receiving survey after survey. I am not receiving the address information that I need to send back the product in order to get the refund promised to me by Leo. Eventually settlement was unreachable because the company will not refund the funds for a product which does not work. They insist it be returned unopened at my expense, essentially somehow expecting me to try the product without opening the packaging. I finally had to dispute the transaction through my financial institution, a process settled in my favour. This Chinese product does not work, the advertisement is fraudulently deceptive, the company is highly unethical. BUYER BEWARE!!!

Es una estafa. No te deja revisar el pedido antes de comprar y luego te ponen anuncios en pantalla de más productos que te cobran automáticamente sin volver a meter la tarjeta. Les dije que quería cancelar el pedido y 24 días después no me han mandado las instrucciones para hacerlo. NO COMPRÉIS.
Actualización: Me dieron los datos para hacer la devolución el día 29 de los 30 que te dan de margen para hacerlo. Tuve suerte y al día siguiente pude enviarlo por correos a la dirección que me indicaron. Todo esto para que una vez lo recibieron me diesen largas durante 23 días y ahora me digan que no lo han recibido y que no pueden hacer nada.
Por favor NO COMPREIS

Ich habe die am 28.6. getätigte Bestellung von 7 NanoPolix-Tüchern nach 5 Min. widerufen, da die Summe über PayPal viel höher abgerufen als angegeben wurde. Umgehend erhielt ich die Rückmeldung, dass ein Widerruf nicht möglich sei, da die Ware bereits (nach 5min!) verpackt sei. Ich habe dann in mindestens 12 Mails die Bestellung gem. Paragraph 355 BGB widerrufen, was innerhalb von 14 Tagen mein gutes Recht bei Onlinebestellungen ist!
Ich habe mindestens 12 Emails von unterschiedlichen, wahrscheinlich KI-gesteuerten Personen mit den Namen "Victoria, Leandro, Kray, Jhazz," etc. erhalten mit der Aussage, dass ich den Artikel innerhalb von 30Tagen gegen vollständige Rückerstattung zurück senden könne, ebenso könne ich auch die Annahme verweigern.
Das habe ich am 7.7.26 getan und dies nochmals NanoPolix mitgeteilt und erhielt von "Victoria" die Antwort, dass dies ein guter Plan sei und sobald die Ware eintreffe, ich die Summe von 141,74€ zurück erstattet bekommen werde. Heute am 23.7.erhalte ich von "Leandro" die Nachricht, dass ich mein Geld nicht zurück erstattet bekomme, "da die Lieferbedingungen vorsehen, dass die Nichtannahme der Ware bei der Zustellung einen Verstoß gegen die beim Kauf getroffene Vereinbarung darstellt."
Diese Firma agiert mit betrügerischen Absichten und ich werde meine 141,74€ wahrscheinlich nicht wieder sehen.
Und das nur, weil ich 2 Kratzer von meinem Auto enfernen wollte.
Also Finger weg von dieser unserösen , betrügerischen Firma NanoPolix!
Inzwischen hat mich die Firma mehrere Male angeschrieben und vertröstet.Sie sagen, der Streitfall mit Paypal sei noch offen. Ich habe eine Bestätigung von Paypal geschickt, dass der Fall abgeschlossen sei. Dennoch werde ich weiterhin vertröstet. Obwohl die Ware schon vor Wochen zurück geschickt wurde, bekomme ich mein Geld nicht zurück.
Dieser Betrug sollte öffentlich und rechtlich geahndet werden!

No, No to Nanopolix
I ordered 2 cloths and went through PayPal to be safe. Usually they show your order first to be sure you are happy with the price. OH NO, not these robbers! They took £68 and then kept emailing me to confirm the order!!! Yeah, right. email after email, until I had to unsubscribe to stop them. And these cloths DO NOT WORK. Tried on 2 small, tiny surface scratches. Not only does that white liquid dry very quickly, but the residue takes forever to get off. Suffice it to say, the scratches are still there!! I'm really cross at myself that I was taken in by this rubbish.

This company should be AVOIDED. I ordered a polishing cloth for around £12.00, and at checkout my card was suddenly debited for over £46. And nanopolix immediately tried without any authorisation from me to set up a recurring subscription on the same card. My bank have cancelled the card. I linked to the company from a YouTube advert. I have informed them of this fraud too, although I doubt they will do anything to help me get a refund. I have learnt the hard way that nanopolix is FRAUDULENT. Please avoid for the sake of your wallet.
I have since had a whiny reply from Nanopolix saying that it is MY fault that my card was debited for a greater amount than originally appeared on the checkout page. Having talked to my bank about this I have found out I am not alone, and Nanopolix routinely deduct more money from customers' accounts than is obvious on the checkout page. I have fallen for this once. My money has gone but I will NEVER buy anything again from this company.
