This is how £17.49 nanopolix cloth buy…
This is how £17.49 nanopolix cloth buy one get one free turns into £46.45. No figures shown until you enter your card details and click to buy. Luck my card was declined without an extra security pin. I would have to pay for two, then £5.99 p+p, then £4.99 warranty, why would anyone buy a warranty for a cloth to clean a car, it's a CON, money making off customers. It's a disgrace. Del! Swansea

The total amount charged depends on the products and options selected before the order is finalized. After locating your communication with our customer support team, we are glad that the situation was resolved in the meantime. If you have any further questions, please don't hesitate to reach out to our support team again. Warm regards, Ben from NanoPolix

Also dringend Hände weg von Bestellungen.

Response from NanoPolixAug 14, 2026

Overpriced and make it impossible to return goods
Overpriced for what it does. Tried to get a refund with the 30 day money back guarantee. They wouldn't send me a return address and just kept stalling me with offers of discounts which never materialised until the 30 days were up. Would never deal with this company again.

I am waiting for a refund since 15th June…
I returned an unwanted order 15th June 2026 and am still waiting for a refund having since sent over 20 request emails and received over 20 replies with apologies for the delay. I don’t believe the replies, many are almost identically worded and are probably computer written. Refunds were promised within 3-5 days from return!! I would strongly advise not to order from this company.
