Absolutely a scam
Absolutely a scam, ordered one cloth but they took payment twice and told me I must have ordered twice. I tried to cancel within ten minutes but apparently it had already been dispatched. Paypal showed as cancelled but it still went through. 30 day refund policy doesn’t exist and I was offered 20% refund which I declined so they upped to 70%. Now they have technical issues preventing them from processing it. STAY CLEAR SCAMMERS

b tardes eso es una estafa pura y dura…
b tardes eso es una estafa pura y dura no quita nada de arañazoz ni mas chico y menos mas grande, despues yo pedí una nanopolix por el valor de 17.€ aprox y me enviaron 4 y me cobraron 66.80€ y lo mas grande es que pedí como devolverla y hasta hoy nadie me contacto para decirme como hacerlo. por lo tanto mi consejo es que no compreis ese producto porque es una verdadera estafa. y en cuanto a mi dinero se no lo recupero que se lo gasten en medicamentos ladrones.

The customer service that promised full…
The customer service that promised full refund on product returned to them,,,, then changed their mind and do not wish to refund at all. I never received any goods, and they are not interested to sort it out. I would never use this company with such an attitude.

Abzocke, Vorsicht
Was für eine Abzocke. Leider kann man keine Null Sterne vergeben. Unmittelbar nach Erhalt der Bestellbestätigung habe ich versucht die Bestellung zu stornieren. 30 Minuten nach der Bestellung hat mir die freundlich Support Mitarbeiter mitgeteilt, dass das nicht mehr möglich ist, da die Bestellung bereits im „Versand“ ist. Drei Tage später ist das Paket dann auf die Reise um die halbe Welt gegangen. Rücksendung innerhalb von Deutschland mit Sendungsverfolgung, natürlich auf meine Kosten. Es hat dann noch mehrere Emails bedurft, um den Eingang der Retoure zu erhalten. Das bedeutet nicht, das ich dann auch mein Geld (mit PayPal bezahlt) gemäß den AGBs zurückbekommen hätte. Erst mit Eskalation über PayPal ist etwas passiert. Der Zeitverlauf zur Verdeutlichung. Bestellung am 25.6, Stornierung 25.6, Versand 28.6, Ware angekommen 13.7, Rücksendung 14.7, Retoure angekommen, 15.7, Gutschrift 13.8. Spannend sind die AGBs. Die gibt es in mehreren Sprachen. Die große Frage ist, welche Version dann zur Anwendung kommt.

Das ist Betrug!!!
Das ist Betrug!!! Niemals dort bestellen. Habe ware zurückgeschickt und ist auch angekommen (Sendungsverfolgung,) Trotzdem sagt man mir das die Ware nicht da ist. Ich glaube das ist eine briefkastenfirma Wenn man bestellt hat man auch gleich ein Abo Werde Anzeige erstatten.

The website is misleading customers
The website is misleading customers. It only shows the price of the cream! When you place an order and add the towels, you suddenly receive a €90 bill for seven towels. The full price is not clearly shown before you place the order.
