BuyMyPod is a great service. I have been selling all my old iPhones and iPads on peer to peer sites, I will never waste my time again with those sites. At least with BuyMyPod, I get paid for my items even if they aren’t perfect condition. Thank you much!

The whole experience was great. The devices I sent in were cracked, broken and non functional, BuyMyPod still gave me over $100 for 3 items.

I appreciate all the time BuyMyPod took answering each of my complex questions. This was a better experience than even anticipated. They have much easier to reach customer service than competitors.

I am really happy with BuyMyPod service. They offered me the highest amount for my 5th generation iPod classic. Then they sent payment right through Apple Pay. I actually had questions and their text message service was fast and easy to use and a reply was received quick each time. I will be using again!!

First time trading with BuyMyPod. My experience was excellent. I reached out to customer service with specific questions about my order and received outstanding support from Matthew. I'd definitely recommend BuyMyPod to friends.

Customer service was professional and they responded when contacted. Expect your transaction and payment to take some time. Overall a good experience and with follow up everything went smoothly. As we are always told as kids, patience is a virtue.
