We purchased new iPhones back in November 2022. I have sold other apple items in the past to other sellers with no problems. When deciding to sell old iPhones(SE 2nd Gen. and 7) along with an iPod that we would no longer need I thought to try a new company. All iPhones and iPods have screen and back protectors applied and are in cases from day one, so they are in excellent condition. I even have the original boxes. This site had the highest price on the iPod and phones. Nice looking website and fast delivery of return label. The items were sent out Nov. 22, 2022 and picked up on Nov. 26. This being the beginning of the holiday season I thought it might take a bit longer to process the order than stated on website. On Dec. 2nd after no contact from company, I sent an email asking about status. Was told that an email was sent on Dec. 1 and if I didn't receive it that she would resend it. It was resent and received. The first email went to my spam folder. There was a problem with the iPhone 7 and iPod. No issues with the SE but they could not give stated price for other items. Decided to take the lower price on the iPod but asked for iPhone 7 to be returned. On Dec. 6th was sent an email with pdf of return label and tracking number. Received payment for SE and iPod on Dec. 7 via Apple cash. The tracking number on USPS.com showed it was still waiting for item on Dec. 20th. Between Dec. 6 and 20 I sent several emails and texts with no response. On Dec. 20 I contacted them and asked why it had not been sent out yet. I was informed that it would be sent out that day, which it was. On Dec. 24th finally received the package with a check for the original price instead of the iPhone 7. I was quite happy because the only issue with the phone was that it had a screen protector that I forgot to remove. I deposited the check but on Jan. 5, 2023 the check was returned marked NSF and with a $12 bank fee as well. Contacted company and asked for Apple Cash instead. Got a response just 20 minutes later saying "Hello, yes I am sorry this has occurred. I will send that to you asap!" Have sent two more emails with no response. As of Jan. 11th I am still waiting for payment. I was happy with my experience until the check was returned with added bank fee. I see that there are positive reviews. I just wish mine was one of them. Communications with this company is hit and miss. Finally received payment via Apple Cash on Jan. 12, 2023.

Payment has now been done (today) they just need to improve their process for timely communication with their clients. Thanks. I sent three devices to BuyMyPod in November 2002. Upon review by their team, we agreed via email that I should receive a payment check of USD 46.00. I have not yet received any check and the last email communication sent by BuyMyPod was over one month ago. I even don’t know if the check was mailed to me. I tried additional contacts via text, email and phone call, but no one answer nor respond. Very bad customer service and at this point I even don’t know if I will receive my check.

I sent two ipods to them in February, and have yet to see any check from them. I did get a response on March 24th saying they would complete the order and send my check within 3-6 days. As of today, still haven't seen anything yet. Be careful in dealing with this company. After putting up this review, I got an immediate response from and the transaction was completed and the money sent right away. So overall, I got what I expected, just shouldn't have to put a bad review to get results.

I had an older iPod Touch that BuyMyPod was offering the best rate for. I sent it off in late June and everything seemed great. Frequent and professional communication, confirmation of delivery on July 1 with a promise to be notified upon completion (their website states within 4 business days). On July 17, having not heard anything, I tried reaching out on their website with no response. On July 19, I texted the number on their website and got a quick response from a representative with a promise to send payment by 9am on July 20. On August 10, I realized I never got a check so texted again. On August 11, I got a response apologizing that the check was never delivered and offering to cancel and send via Apple Pay or Zelle. I took the Zelle payment and texted my Zelle details. Two days later, still no payment so I sent a reminder text and had the funds within minutes. So, it shouldn't have taken nearly two months and without my persistence, I suspect it would have fallen through the cracks. That said, the company was responsive when pressed and in the end the transaction was completed as promised.

The initial process with BuyMyPod was extremely easy and quick. On January 28th, I received the confirmation that my iPod was received and payment was being sent. After two months, I sent a message to the company since I never received a check. I sent another message and even tried to call, but still no response. It is now August 8th. I'm extremely disappointed. No communication, poor customer service, no money received, and my iPod was kept. I wouldn't recommend sending your products to this company. Updated: I received a quick response and apology for the initial check not being received. BuyMyPod has resolved the situation and I've received payment.

1/28/2020. Update: BuyMyPod came through and finally sent me payment for my second iPodtouch. They apologized for the confusion, which I appreciated. I just wish I could have spoken with someone because I think this issue would have been cleared up way more quickly. So I have changed my rating to 3 stars because this business is legit, but the communication could have been a lot better to reduce my worry. 1/3/20 It's very odd, but I had one decent experience selling an iPodtouch to BuyMyPod and now a poor experience with a second iPodtouch. When I sent the first iPodTouch, it took a month and multiple emails/texts to BuyMyPod before I received my money, which I received on 11/5/19. I sent a second iPodTouch on 11/6/19 and it was delivered to him 11/8/19. I emailed BuyMyPod via their chat on their website on 12/7/19 & 1/2/2020 to find out the status. I did not hear anything from him until I submitted this review. Then I got an email from BuyMyPod on 1/3/20 asking me what the problem is since he sent me the money for the 1st iPodTouch. I emailed him back to tell him that I was waiting for the money for the second iPodTouch. It's now 1/27/20 and I have not heard anything more. This is frustrating because I really thought BuyMyPod was legit after I received money for the first iPodTouch, which is why I then sent him my second iPodTouch.

It took a while to get paid, but did promptly respond once a review was posted online and paid me for the items I sent.
