I sent my iPhone 7 Plus in November of 2022 and although I have had response and promise of payment it has never been received. Everyone needs to file complaints with the BBB to get this business shut down. Payment was received today. Thank you. I will update my experience to a 4.

I sent two devices to them on December 16th and they were received two days later. After confirming this with the postmaster in NC I was told that they pickup their mail in person. I sent a GV message to Matthew and I received no response. A few days went by and I sent another message and this time I received a response saying that an email was sent and I must have missed. I ended up finding it my spam folder and I was told one device was carrier locked and they would offer less and the other had a few scratches (which, to me, it was flawless)... I agreed to a slightly lower sale price and assumed that prompt payment would then be made and once again it's radio silence. This has truly been a bizarre experience and have no problem giving a few more stars if payment is ever completed. I'm not sure what is going on here! *** Payment was made on 1.5.23 via Zelle two stars added

It all started great. The process is easy. But now I am chasing for my Payment. They mentioned one device had some scratches so I agreed on a lower amount two weeks ago. I haven’t heard a peep. I have asked twice for an update and crickets…. After posting my review they reached out immediately to help resolve the issue. It was taken care of immediately.

Best price for my phone compared to competitors. Easy process to send item and get paid. Would be 5 stars if payment was quicker, but overall got the best price for my phone. Thanks! Would use this company again.

HERE IS THE EDIT: NEW REVIEW: Matthew came through today and actually put a payment through. I did have faith in him - as I had stated in my earlier review - he does seem genuine. Proceed with a little caution and keep things straight forward and I think you'll do well. Earlier review: It started out ok, as with others. I'm waiting to see what happens and will change my review if I receive my payment within the next few days. They received my iPad on May 23rd. I had done the correct protocol of resetting it to factory state. Logged into my account and removed the device. They got in touch with me on Thursday, May 26th and said they needed my passcode. Gave them the passcode and everything was ok and was told they'd be done processing it by morning (May 27th). I have had contact with them since then, but still have not received a payment. Matthew seems very genuine and nice. so I'm hoping to hear back from him and actually get a payment.

Owner sent payment electronically after texting each other. Said a check was mailed on the 23rd of May but it had not arrived on the 28th so I accepted electronic payment.I appreciate his response and thanks 🙏.

Have to constantly chase payment. Eventually pays. Does not always respond to texts which they ask for. They try, but speed is questionable.

Update: Received a nice text back from Matthew after my review. He apologized for the delay, processed the phone return, and provided an expedited refund. It wasn’t “24-72 hours after return of phone” but I’m thankful for his excellent response and communication after my initial review. Sounds like small business growing pains and I give him credit for quickly responding to the problem. ______________________ My iPhone 7 was delivered on March 10th. It is March 22nd and still no payment. The worse part is that I have not received any communication since delivery. I sent an email and a message from the website. No reply to either. I see other reviewers with the same experience.
