I sent in a device a month ago, got confirmation it was delivered, but have yet to receive payment. Their website says 30 day price guarantee, and it’s been 30 days, so that guarantee is no longer. I emailed twice, politely, over a couple weeks, didn’t hear back, and then texted, and finally got through to someone who told me they’d send the payment the next day, but it’s now been almost another week and there’s nothing. The payment is only for a few dollars, but the lack of communication, accountability, and professionalism has been frustrating and disappointing. Edit: I received the payment immediately after writing this review. I appreciate it, but as another reviewer mentioned, it shouldn't have taken a negative review (and four other times of my reaching out throughout the month) to finally get paid and have them follow through with their word.

I sold my iPod to BuyMyPod and was sent a shipping label. I shipped it immediately and was notified that it was delivered in May. After not receiving any payment, I emailed their customer support line and got no response. As of writing this in July, I still haven't been paid or contacted.

It took longer than expected to receive payment.

This company received my Apple Watch on April 22nd. I waited and waited and finally contacted them. They got back to me a month later and said my watch was still connected to the cloud. I did everything right and even double checked using the steps the company gave me. They said they would send the watch back. Another week or so went by and I texted the owner of the company for tracking information on my watch. Three days later he said he would get the information for me ASAP. A day went by and nothing so obviously they didn’t even ship it yet or they would have tracking information for me. At this point I guess I have to file a claim with the BBB or small claims court since they’ve basically stolen my property. Edit: company sent me tracking information. Didn’t receive watch. They finally wrote back again and said they gave me the wrong tracking information. Today I finally received my watch back and it’s now worth $20 less as an Apple trade in.

Finally received a reduced amount after 8 months, and 9 contacts with the company, most of which they never even replied to me. It was a laborious process. I am not changing my rating from 1 star because it was totally NOT WORTH IT. I have been trying to get my payment from them since July 2019 for an iPod Touch. After 7 attempts to contact them and rectify the situation, and them only replying twice, I have turned this over to the Better Business Bureau in hopes they will have better luck than me. BuyMyPod never replied to the 3 times I submitted the online form on their website. They only replied via the texting number 2 out of the 4 times I messaged it. They promised payment two of those times via check, but it has yet to happen. The last time I contacted them, they sent me $30 via Apple Pay, but I told them to take it back and send me a check as that is not what we agreed to. I do not do Apple Pay. I would NOT recommend this service to anyone. It's not worth the frustration and has been an awful experience for me personally. It should not take over 7 months to get a $30 check. I have kept records of all contacts with them, except for the 3 original messages as their system did not send any notice to me back that it was received, so it was impossible to catalog. I just want my $30 check like the site advertises, is that too hard to ask?

I sent 2 pads and now 16 calendar days later my order has it even been marked delivered and I haven’t been paid. I tried the text customer service number to which I received an auto response text back stating a reply would be received within 1 hour. That was 5 days ago. I’d give 0 stars if I could! Now I am going to figure out, legally my rights.

They offered the best price for my Apple Watch compared to the competition, but it was an arduous process. They say fast payment on there site but can’t say I had this experience. Emailed customer service several times over a couple of weeks asking for when I was to be paid and never was given a response. I eventually ended up texting the number given and finally got in touch with the owner. He then offered me less then what he said because I didn’t include the watch band, which wasn’t specifically requested. I told him that I understood but offered feedback saying to be transparent in the payment process so I wouldn’t have to continually badger him as well as including what is needed to be shipped because the band wasn’t requested. He ignored the feedback and paid me the lesser amount. Wouldn’t recommend them to anyone, you’d be better going with a trusted source. In response to you, yes, anyone would. Apple would ask for a list of items you would need to include, which I suggested to you. Just tried to offer some advice as I thought it would be helpful, but instead you treat me with disrespect? Goes to show what kind of deal you're getting into.

Very bad experience. DON'T RECCOMEND.
