Overall, I was satisfied. I got payed $50 more than other offers I found, but not without delays and customer service confusion. I sent my device and got emails with the shipping information and reminders promptly after creating the order. I received a “Your package was delivered” email 2 or 3 days after I sent it. Their website says that I should receive my payment within 24 hours of completion and completion should take 2 business days. This was not true for me. After a week of no completion or payment, I emailed them three times over the course of another week. I received no reply, so I texted the “immediate reply” number and received a response within 3 hours. It took another 1-2 weeks and lots of confusion until I could receive my payment. If you want a great offer and are okay with lots of customer service and delays, this is for you.

I enjoyed using BuyMyPod, payment was provided quick and there were multiple ways that were provided to me. However, if I may be honest, I was not overly thrilled with the lack of response provided to me when my phones were reviewed and the changes in price that were provided to me by an individual. I only noticed these changes after reaching out myself in regards as to why I had not received payment in the mail as requested. My initial email was never responded to and I had to contact the cell phone number provided online for immediate response when I grew frustrated with why I was not receiving a reply. I would say that if there are changes to an account, the individual should be notified as soon as possible as to not prolong the process.

Was quoted for $270 for items I sent in, but was issued a $158 check two months later with no response from BuyMyPod for the discrepency. I cashed the check anyway, but it bounced, charging me a $12 from my bank. BuyMyPod eventually got back to me after I left a negative review and resolved the situation by sending me money via Zelle. Overall, I'm satisfied with the experience because they made it right, but it took a long time and some negative reviews on my behalf to get the situation resolved.
