My experience was a little different than most individuals. I had a bulk order and some of the phones had some reset issues. Matthew reached out directly to me and sent the phones back so that I could fix the issue and return. Since not all of the phones were returned, I sent an email requesting payment for the ones the company still had. Matthew again reached out, even while in the hospital, to make sure the funds were sent right away (due to this being a long delay). I believe that Matthew’s business ethics outweigh any issues that we ran into in this transaction, and it’s hard to find a company like that these days!

Update: After posting the negative review below, I was contacted by the owner of the company from his hospital bed! He explained what happened to cause the check to bounce and paid me cash via Apple Pay. He made me whole for both the sale of the iPod and the bank fee for the bounced check. I now recommend BuyMyPod wholeheartedly with no reservation. I sent in an iPod and a couple weeks later received a check for $29 which was what I was expecting. However, when I deposited the check in my bank it bounced for "Non Sufficient Funds." So not only am I out the $29 but the bank charges $12 for bounced checks. So, it cost me $12 to "sell" them my iPod.
