I ordered items I cannot get elsewhere. My items were delivered timely. And the prices were great!

I'm always pleased with my purchases from BuyMeBeauty. I love that you can order cosmetics that are no longer in the stores but that I wouldn't know what to replace them with because I've been using them satisfactorily for so long.

I was not happy with customer service. I received an item that was not sealed. Makeup concealer that had no plastic sealing of any kind. I find that to be strange and when I asked for a refund I got a lot of defensive emails and unsupportive emails from customer service. Unprofessional. I mailed the product back (my dime) and haven’t heard back yet. Haven’t received a refund either. Do not recommend this company.

I had not realized that the Eyeshadow palette I wanted to replace had been discontinued. I went online and discovered BuyMeBeauty and they had exactly what I wanted, in stock. I ordered it and it came in about a week. I was thrilled.
