The discontinued lip balms were described accurately and photos showed true colors. The order was sent out immediately after processing. Both were packaged well and I received updates regarding shipping and arrival time. The lip balms are of nice quality and availability of these items was much appreciated. The price was outstanding for the quality and brand.
