Order placed on 5/22/26 still has not been processed on 6/1/26. Initial 1 sta. They contacted me and processed another order. Thank You for the fix to the postal problem.

Hello Jennifer, Thank you for bringing this to our attention, and we sincerely apologize for the frustration. We looked into your order right away and confirmed it was processed and shipped out on our end on May 22nd at 4:37 PM. Unfortunately, it appears USPS missed the initial origin scan, and because there have been no updates since, we are treating this package as lost in transit. This is certainly not the experience we want you to have. We will reach out to you directly with a solution. Thank you for your patience as we get this sorted out for you! -BuyMeBeauty Customer Service Team

So glad I found this website!
The product I was looking for not widely available but I found it here. Delivery was expeditious. Upon receiving my merchandise, I inspected it against the same item I already owned. It is exactly the same. I'm so happy that I was able to purchase this item and at an extremely reasonable price.
