Adequacy equals excellence to me in…
Adequacy equals excellence to me in such matters as this. The stakes are such that if it works out there isn't anything we could improve. If you have more problems with misdeliveries in future it could affect your subscriptions. But this isn't a case where the mere adequacy detracts at all from excellence. I mean it did require half an hour or more of my time and I would have done something good with that time. But at the same time I was learning how to interface with You and that's worth something too.

The gum is great
The gum is great. Ordering on the website not so much. It's hard to change items once they are put in the shopping cart, including the items automatically put in the cart.
