Horrible company to order from
Automatically put me on a monthly subscription. Unable to cancel the full subscription. Options are only to edit the month the monthly subscription. Email them about canceling my subscription. With no respond back. Had to call my credit card company and have them stop payment.

The customer service for Laine Co is not only terrible, it's flat out non-existent. The Rewards Program is a scam as the site does not allow you to make any purchases using your rewards, and then after a period of time, removes them.

Sadly I didn't read the reviews here…
Sadly I didn't read the reviews here before ordering from them but I am now too trapped in this scam where I was apparently enrolled in a gum subscription for a painfully expensive product. There is no proper way to contact them. Their website says that they answer emails usually within 1-6 hours. I have sent multiple emails and haven't heard anything in 4 days. Their product might be okay but their customer service is giving off very bad scam vibes.

What were you expecting
The first thing people who are new to LarineCo should know is that this is NOT gum; at least not the kind of gum we’re used to. When you first look at a piece of LarineCo, it may not seem all that appealing. It doesn’t look like the classic, store-bought gum we’re familiar with. But that’s because it’s not recreational gum! It’s a dental chew that honestly does exactly what it says it will do. I’m about two months in, and I’ve noticed that my teeth feel much stronger and look noticeably whiter. I even had a crown replaced during this time, and the entire tooth feels stronger and smoother than it did after the procedure. So, if you’re expecting LarineCo to be a traditional sugar-filled plastic chewing gum, this isn’t for you. But if you’re looking for a dental chew that actually delivers noticeable results, LarineCo is worth every cent! You will notice results very quickly and want to stick with it!! This is from a real customer and not just some AI chatbot!

ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE
ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. i did NOT sign up for a subscription, AND I am allergic to the product, and NOBODY answers customer service emails to STOP the subscription or send a refund. TRASH! I am so freaking mad!

I have notice that a sensitivity is gone
I have notice that a sensitivity that I had in my tooth is not there, I am amazed by how it is working slowly, I ate a piece of chocolate and two snakes and didn't feel the sensitivity that always got 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼
