Great toothpaste!
I like some of the gum, some are too soft. And the boxes they come in are so annoying. Love the toothpaste although expensive for the small tube!

Very slow to get the initial order
Very slow to get the initial order. The second order was charged a few days after the initial order was received, even after several emails requesting to pause the subscription due to non reciept for first order.

We did encounter some delays recently in fulfilling orders that had items that were temporarily out of stock, but we have learned from the situation and have put processes into place to prevent it from happening again. You can also make changes to your subscription through your membership portal anytime you see fit.

Did not like the auto pay
Did not like the auto pay , with no way to change it. No option to stop it. Did not want the ginger gum , could not change that either.

Helpful Customer Service, Long-lasting flavor
When I had questions, customer service was quick to respond and helped immediately. I like the flavors and options of flavors. What impressed me last night was that the one little piece lasted, with flavor, during my hour run. I like to use gum while running to wet my palette, so I am not drinking too much water over long distances (enough for electrolytes, though😊 ). I was pleasantly surprised. I will be using this gum during my upcoming half-marathon. It's still early days on the efficacy of the product for its intended purpose, but I remain hopeful.

So far it’s been almost one week and my teeth and mouth feel healthier. The mints are ok, I like the gum and toothpaste which make my mouth feel clean.

The flavor lasts a good amount of time
The flavor lasts a good amount of time. It's a little stiff at first but then it develops into a nice chew. I haven''t been to my dentist yet so I don't know about its healing properties but I have hope.
