This is a scam. Stay away. I paid £17.94 for one of their products in June. Never received the goods and got an email from them for an order for £71.00 that I did not make. (Supposedly a special Offer). Have been in contact with them daily to cancel the initial order of £17.94 and so far no joy. I am livid.

Complete rip off - AVOID. Overcharges you for the refills despite advertising a cheaper price. Complaint lodged at Paypal. They ignore contact and are plain fraudsters.

Don’t ever even think about using this company !!! It’s a scam ! They continue to take payments out of your credit card without your authorisation. The bank are even aware as it’s happened to so many people . Do not try to purchase anything from this fake company , and if you already have unfortunately given them your bank details , please cancel your card immediately !!!!

This is sooooo disappointing. £40 cheaper on Amazon than paid for in here. Plus less postage. The incense cones only smell of burning wood (really glad I purchased 4 bags) Honestly dont bother. I have had to burn one of my incense sticks to get rid of the wood fire smell. Avoid at all costs

Bad bad bad.... please do not purchase from them. They charged me for 2 waterfalls and a gang of Incense I did not want. I have been trying to send them back one and they will not send me an address to return the items. This is crazy, I will be contacting PayPal at the end of the week with a dispute. They have giving me nothing but the run around.

The smoke doesn’t cascade to give the waterfall effect. Have tried lining up the holes etc. Its very finicky. Cones all smell the same and don’t last very long. All around disappointment. Would not purchase again.
