I was looking at this on Instagram, it said 70% off and because I have metastatic breast cancer I thought this would be nice. I placed the order with 10 free scents, after when i went through PayPal it totaled up to $71.62 i immediately tried to cancel the order first through them and with no luck i contacted PayPal right away and they said they already sent the money to them so ii have to deal with this company, i have sent numerous request to cancel and just received a tracking number! I am on a fixed income I would of never spent this amount of money!

Do not buy from this company. Only gave them one star because you have to to leave a review. Same problems as everyone else. Order 1 waterfall and 100 free cones for 17.84(inc shipping ) then whilst still on the part pal page offered a load of extras which I reviewed but declined. After order get notification from PayPal for the original plus a second payment of £82 . I immediately cancelled and also raised a case with PayPal for unauthorised payment. PayPal refused refund saying it was not unauthorised. Waterfall company took a day to reply telling me my business mattered and making an offer of even more cones asking how I wanted to proceed. Asked again to cancel and after another day they respond saying that it had been despatched ( I had asked to cancel within 2 mins). I now demanded they cancel only to get another 2 emails yet another day later and within 5 mins of each other. The first telling me that my order was being prepared and the next that it was being despatched. Luckily I had noticed the subscription payment and cancelled it by now. PayPal have been no help either. Just avoid at all costs.

Do Not buy what started as £26 for 2 ended up as £80 bill as they took it straight away from PayPal account I never finished the transaction but PayPal hasn’t been much help either My concern was the £47.99 is showing as an automated payment ! PayPal no help with this either!

DO NOT BUY from this company - as many have said they are scammers, I wish I had never placed the order. I ordered the waterfall, with free cones, The total was £14.95 or something like that, subtotal came to £25 something, and "grand total" was £31.12, so they add tax on and shipping (they didn't explain why the total had gone from £25 to £31, despite me asking numerous times) - I have a feeling they are based in the Philippines. I added insurance on myself, thinking well at least I'm covered if it breaks, shouldn't have done that, and they also set up an automatic subscription on my Paypal account, which I knew nothing about, so thankfully I read a review on Facebook which alerted me to that and I cancelled the sub, otherwise it may have kept going from my account without me noticing for a few months! If you email paypal (at) buyincensewaterfall (dot) com you may be quicker to get a refund, thankfully I got one, but... they have kept sending emails to say they are "preparing my order", then "your order is delayed", and then "your order is shipped", even though I cancelled before all this. They send out generic emails first line saying "thanks for reaching out...", and "let us know how you want to proceed" just con artists and scammers, AVOID at all costs! Very stressful experience!

Absolute con artists. They add extra then don't answer emails. When they do they send generic ones that aren't relevant to your request. DO NOT USE.

Purchase at your peril as after you have done so thinking how lovely a other payment is taken for shipping a whopping 44 pounds and another 9 for tax! It's took several e mails and finally a threat to get it refunded back to PayPal. And their as bad no help at all! Considering now to-do away with them as well!

SCAMMERS - One star too many - Caught my mum trying to put her bank details in order. Stupidly used my paypal account without checking reviews etc. £18 went immediately followed by £59. No response from customer service. Doubt will ever receive anything or get money back. SCAMMERS
